Breaded Steak

Serious feel-good food. Great on a plate for dinner or reheated in a sandwich.

  1. Pour a thin layer of oil into the pan and heat it over medium-low heat
  2. Cut the steakettes into quarters
  3. Dip each steakette into the crumbs, then egg, then crumbs again and place in oil (Hot!)
  4. Cook until browned on each side
  5. Serve hot
