Breaded Steak
Serious feel-good food. Great on a plate for dinner or reheated in a sandwich.
- 2 steakettes or cube steaks
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs (Italian seasoned)
- Olive oil
- Pour a thin layer of oil into the pan and heat it over medium-low heat
- Cut the steakettes into quarters
- Dip each steakette into the crumbs, then egg, then crumbs again and place in oil (Hot!)
- Cook until browned on each side
- Serve hot
